Construction was never a career choice for me — it was always part of my life.
I grew up around construction long before I ever stepped into it professionally.
My father has been a civil engineer for over 37 years, working in construction for Central Railways in India. Through him, I saw firsthand the discipline, responsibility, and precision this field demands — not from a distance, but as part of everyday life.
Construction was always present around me — it became something the whole family was connected to, including my brother, who also built his path in this field.
So for me, this was never simply a career choice. It was always part of who I am.
I began in architecture, drawn to the creative side of building. But over time, I realised something more important: great projects are not defined by design alone — they are defined by how well they are managed, controlled, and delivered. That understanding led me into project management.
Because building something valuable is not just about creating — it is about protecting it at every stage.
WHAT I DO TODAY
Client-side control is what separates structured projects from uncontrolled construction.
Today, we act as a client-side construction project management team, representing owners, investors, and developers across the full project lifecycle.
Our responsibility is not only to manage — but to control. To ensure that cost, time, risk, and quality are structured, monitored, and aligned from the outset.
Operating across project management, cost control, risk management, and construction supervision, we ensure that every decision protects the client’s position and long-term asset value.
